How do I Sign in to Zimmer Biomet TV?

All Zimmer Biomet Team Members may access the internal content and features of Zimmer Biomet TV. You need an Active Directory ID (ZB account) to sign in to Zimmer Biomet TV. If you do not have a Zimmer Biomet Team Member Active Directory ID, please enjoy our content that is available to public audiences without signing in.

How can I share Zimmer Biomet TV videos?

There are many ways to share content on ZTV. However, please note that not all Zimmer Biomet TV content is appropriate for all audiences. Please be cautious and judicious when sharing ZTV content.

All sharing options can be accessed from the "Share" link below a video. Most sharing options are only available to users who are signed in.

Social
Share video to your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Sharing to social networks does not give ZTV or Zimmer Biomet access to post other content or access your social accounts in any way.

Download
Download video to your local computer for use in PowerPoint presentations or other resources. Videos are in mp4 h.264 format and will require a compatible player to view. Please see "How do I download a video?" for more information.

Email
Email a link to the video. Viewers may need to sign in to view if the video is not available to public audiences.

SMS
Share link to the video in a text message. Viewers may need to sign in to view if the video is not available to public audiences. Mobile data rates may apply.

Embed
Display video directly on your website. Copy the embed HTML code and paste in your website content editor. You may choose either a fixed sized player or a responsive player for mobile-compatible websites.

Internal videos may be embedded, but you must enter the domain of the websites on which the video will be embedded. You are responsible for sharing the content with appropriate audiences.

Copy link to video page. Viewers with a share link can view internal videos without signing in. You are responsible for ensuring your video links are shared only with appropriate audiences.

How do I download a video?

Visitors who are Signed In will find downloading and other sharing options in the share panel. Access the share panel by selecting the Share link in the lower right corner of the video display window. Only Internal audience members are permitted to download digital copies of our programs. If you are an external audience member, you may reach out to an appropriate Zimmer Biomet Team Member or Sales Associate to obtain any authorized copies.

Can I get an Embed Code for videos?

Visitors who are Signed In will find embed codes and other sharing options in the share panel. Access the share panel by selecting the Share link in the lower right corner of the video display window, and then choose the Embed Tab. Copy the fixed or responsive HTML embed code for use on your website. Only Internal audience members have access to embed codes for our programs. If you are an external audience member, you may reach out to an appropriate Zimmer Biomet Team Member or Sales Associate to obtain the embed code and send it to you.

When I select a video to download, it plays in my browser instead of downloading?

Some browser settings will override the download link and play the video instead. If your browser is configured this way, you can right-click the download link, or right-click the video in your chrome browser and select "save-as".

I can access the website but all the videos are blank.

Some team members are having trouble with their installed enterprise version of Internet Explorer. if you are experiencing this problem, contact the HelpDesk to have them assist you to turn off compatibility view on Internet Explorer. Or try another supported browser.

Zimmer Biomet TV supports the following desktop browsers:

Zimmer Biomet TV supports the following mobile browsers:

  • iOS Safari
  • Android Chrome

Zimmer Biomet TV requires the use of JavaScript for video playback and some dynamic features of the site. Please ensure JavaScript is enabled and not blocked.
